By accessing or using RoamBharat ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use RoamBharat. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you represent that you are 16 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account & Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not create multiple accounts or use automated means to sign up.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access. Early access is granted at our discretion based on criteria including signup order, location, and platform readiness. We will notify you via email when your access is available.

4. Marketplace & Bookings

• RoamBharat connects travelers with verified local agencies. We facilitate bookings but are not the direct provider of travel services unless stated otherwise.
• Agencies listed on our marketplace are independently vetted. We make reasonable efforts to verify their credentials but do not guarantee their performance.
• All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective agency.
• Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed through third-party gateways. We do not store payment card details.
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by agency and are disclosed at the time of booking.
• Disputes between travelers and agencies are handled in accordance with the agency's terms. RoamBharat may assist in mediation but is not liable for agency failures.

6. Group Travel & Social Features

• Group features allow cost-splitting and coordination. You are responsible for your group's agreements.
• We do not mediate financial disputes between group members.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without our written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on RoamBharat — including logos, text, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to RoamBharat. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoamBharat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
